Detailed Job Description:

• Must have at - least 12 years of experience in Dynamics CRM
• Must have handled large teams and projects following Agile methodology. Should be well versed in Scrum processes.
• Position requires the resource to participate in business discussions and capture customer pain points and drive the project towards successful execution.
• It is an added advantage if the resource has handled Dynamics 365 Projects and has exposure to data migration from Salesforce to Dynamics 365.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Responsible for planning and implementation of the project
• Will work closely with client/business for any scope discussions and ensure project milestones are met
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables
• Define tasks and required resources
• Collect and manage project team
• Allocate project resources
• Create schedule and project timeline
• Track deliverables
• Support and direct team
• Lead quality assurance
• Monitor and report on project progress
• Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
• Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
• Evaluate and assess result of project

Minimum years of experience: 12

Certifications Needed: Yes (Certified Project Management, Scrum Master)
