Detailed Job Description:

  • MAC Imaging using DEP
  • Access troubleshooting
  • Account unlock and password reset
  • Application/Software Installation
  • JAMF application support
  • OS Upgradation as per established standards
  • Loaner device management
  • Network connectivity issues
  • Outlook mail configuration and troubleshooting
  • Working with Desktop engineering and ITAM teams
  • Updating SNOW records as appropriate
  • Incident and Request ticket support
  • Working with remote SD team for escalated issues
  • Providing remote support for escalated issues
  • End point compliance support
  • Strong communication and customer handling skills.
  • Open to work in 24X7 rotational shifts
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience required.
