Job Description

Requirement : Cognos Developer
Location : Minnesota

Upgrading reports
Design of the Transformer Models for Cognos Cubes.
Create Folders, Calculations, Prompts, Users Groups and User Classes.
Optimize the Impromptu reports performance.
Defined, stored and maintained security information using Access manager.
Involved in Strategic Planning for Framework Models
Build OLAP cubes using Cognos Transformer, views using Power Play.
Create the Calculations, conditions and prompts in catalogs.
Developed a number of portable customizable reports using Power play.
Created Trend over Time reports to identify developing trends and quickly
react to them.
Created Variance reports to examine the difference between the actual and
the expected.
Monitor the Cube performance and modify the structure to enhance
performance.
Create and Define user classes and their privileges.
Migrate the Cognos Application from the Developm
