Position: Project Coordinator:: FECS Admin Job
Location : Eagan, Minnesota,
Duration: 7+ Months
Client: TF
Rate: $35/hr

Job Role: High Level Administrative Support for Key Learning & Development
Capability Building Program (Front End Customer Strategy)
Job Tasks:
• Project manage workshop(s) execution and Individual workshop
plan management
• Project management – timelines, budget
• Draft/develop communications and liaise with internal comms
resources
• Identify and manage to key project metrics
• Lead and manage quarterly reporting
• Direct project communication plans
• Content development and tracking for toolkit and webinars
• Workshop and webinar logistics
• Administrative support – scheduling
• Develop project processes and templates
• Vendor management and invoicing, budget tracking
• Set up and conduct WebEx meetings
• Liaise with meeting planning, copy center, creative services,
communications
• Coordinate and track participant registration and completion,
transcripts
• Coordinate and launch communications
• Manage room reservations for team and customer activities
• Technical communications’ owner for materials (interface to
internal intranet team)
Skill Requirements:
• MS Office power-user (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Experience base and clear project management skills
• Event planning and management experience a plus
• Pro-active nature with ability to multi-task (with high quality)
in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Team player with high inclination for individual
accountability/responsibility
