Job Requirement: . Require eight years of information services experience to include five years application development and testing experience in a distributed environment.

2. Require 5 years J2EE development experience. WebSphere development experience.

3. Require 5 years of high-volume transaction processing experience (5,000+ transactions / second). Must have experience with tuning high-volume applications for performance and instrumentation of code for tuning and monitoring.

4. Require 4 years UNIX experience.

5. Require formal training in object-oriented methodologies and 4 years experience with object-oriented design

6. Require demonstrated experience building and implementing software solutions and design patterns requiring complex technologies in an enterprise environment requiring integration between the mainframe and distributed platforms.

7. Demonstrated skill in estimating and tracking progress of tasks, as well as in making recommendations for adjusting project plans as needed.

8. Must have experience resolving complex system problems in a team setting, including evaluation of options to determine optimal solution.

9. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
