Because Google only shows backlinks with PR 4 and above compared to Yahoo Site Explorer
If you want to see a more accurate picture of your backlinks for each page in Google, sign up for the Google webmaster tools which can show you your backlinks as well as information on when your site was last crawled by Googlebot, sitemap submission and many other interesting information

Hi I am Krisskross. This is my first time and I just want to know more about web technologies. What does link popularity means? Where do we usually use? If this is an application, are we required to apply this in our website?

I'm not actually sure with the site, that I have tried before. Anyone who wants to recommend a site? What I remembered this sites allows for

checking clicks of the site. It was pretty cool because, you can check your link popularity anytime.
