business visa 3 Years, 9 Months ago  
I have not filed my IT returns for 2008-09 as my income was NIL due to unemployment. IT dept.even refused to accept a NIL form. If I do get a job offer from US and have to apply for a business visa, would I need IT returns for 08-09?

you could try to contact the USCIS at sucis.gov, or try their FAQ's, good luck

ya , u can get it .but for that u have to attend some interviews & tests etc.
