002380 - Product Analyst needed in Foster City , CA

6+ months Contract
Rate : DOE

As part of Gateway Services, the Product Analyst provides product support
for Credit Gateway, PIN Debit Gateway, and Private Label Services,
including,
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify, define,
and rollout product enhancements
• Evaluate internal and external payment network changes to ensure Visa
Gateway Service products remain in compliance and are not adversely impacted
by VisaNet and non-Visa card payment network business enhancements
• Oversee Fuel Gateway and Check Gateway Services
• Assist Product Managers with day to day product and support activities
including technical sales and implementation support, problem resolution,
and updates to product documentation and marketing tools
• Handle GMBS manual billing entries
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports and data requests
• Assist with Private Label internal and external business development
activities
Qualifications:
• 5 or more year’s card products industry experience and VisaNet experience
required with emphasis in private label or Visa card payments, and/or
acquirer processing preferred
• Analytical, fact-based and the ability to synthesize and organize
data/information.
• Ability to manage multiple complex diverse projects independently
• Strong collaboration and relationship management skills, excellent verbal
and written communication skills, and presentation skills
